Coach Digant works in tech management as a computer engineer and has been in the field for over 25 years. This is his first year as a mentor and he is excited to get involved. Coach Digant was inspired to become a mentor after seeing how FRC encourages the idea of “Coopetition” (cooperation and competition).  He hopes to create a safe working environment while encouraging teamwork and independent thinking.
